Muchengeti is a third-generation lawyer, having obtained his LLB degree at the University of KwaZulu Natal. He furthermore holds post graduate certificates in Intellectual Property, Banking and Financial Markets from the University of the Witwatersrand. Additionally, he completed his practical vocational training certificate with the L.E.A.D. school in Pretoria. Muchengeti has held roles as a Project Coordinator at ProBono.Org, Conflict Mediator for the Independent Electoral Commission (RSA), Editor for the publication Rights in Exile and Legal Consultant for a firm in Pretoria.

 

Muchengeti joined Lebea Inc. Attorneys as a Candidate Attorney in September 2020. He has a keen interest in international trade, employment, human rights and immigration law. His objective is to use the intersection between these disciplines, to create a transnational practice that facilitates the cross-border movement of corporate employees, thereby supporting regional economic integration efforts, such as the Africa Free Trade Agreement.
