Erin Goliath graduated with her LLB degree from the University of Cape Town in 2016 and was admitted as an attorney of the High Court on 28 June 2019. Erin completed her Practical Vocational Training at a well established and reputable law firm in Cape Town and grew a deep passion for practising the law.
After her admission as an attorney of the High Court, Erin worked as a Senior Associate before launching her own firm, Goliath & Co on 1 September 2021 from offices in the vibrant Bo-Kaap of Cape Town. While managing Goliath & Co, Erin also consults for William Booth Attorneys, assisting with their civil law matters. In addition, Erin serves as an executive committee member of the Cape Town Attorneys’ Association, taking care of the Masters’ Office and social sub- committee portfolios.
Erin prides herself on excellent client care, meticulous and persuasive legal drafting, accurate application of the law and compelling advocacy. Erin is a trained mediator and commits herself to resolving matters collaboratively, and as expediently and cost-effectively as possible while always managing her clients' expectations.
Erin is committed to learning and has completed several additional courses in property law, mediation, and construction law. Her specialised interests include property law, construction law, family law and general civil litigation. Erin has been involved in a wide range of complex matters, has a positive reputation among her colleagues and serves a wide range of clients.
