We advise our clients on the implications of the new Companies Act, 71 of 2008 on the companies already in place as well as new companies constituted in terms of the new Act. We advise our clients on the close corporations already in existence and how to convert them into companies in terms of the Companies Act. We assist our clients in drafting various commercial documents which amongst others include memorandums of agreement or incorporation, partnership and share-holders’ agreements, and other commercial documents.
